These Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms”) govern your use of the PixPuzz mobile application (the “Service”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Petrosyan (legal details available in Section 12. Contact Information) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
By using PixPuzz, you also confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and processing of your personal data.
If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You may use PixPuzz for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To access core features, you must sign in via Apple, Google, or use an automatically created anonymous account.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
2. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old to use PixPuzz.
Users aged 13–16 from the EU must obtain parental consent.
3. Advertising and Future Subscriptions
PixPuzz does not currently provide a user-facing advertising or subscription flow. We may introduce interactive ads between game sessions for users without an applicable subscription.
Any subscription availability, price, duration, renewal terms, and benefits will be presented in the app before purchase. Advertising providers and formats may change.
4. Image Gallery
Upon successfully solving a puzzle, the image is unlocked in your personal Image Gallery.
You may view, download, and share images for personal use only, in accordance with the Unsplash API terms.
5. Account Deletion
We may suspend or delete your account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent behavior or misuse of the Service
- Extended inactivity in an anonymous account
Deleting your account may result in the loss of Stars, Puzzles, and previously unlocked content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the PixPuzz app is our property or used under license.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
PixPuzz is provided “as is” without any guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid us (if any) within the 12 months preceding a claim.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue PixPuzz at any time.
We will notify users of any significant changes to these Terms via the app or email. Continued use of PixPuzz after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes take effect once communicated.
10. Disclaimer Regarding Humorous Content
PixPuzz may include humorous elements (e.g., jokes, GIFs) to enhance the user experience.
Humor is subjective: by using the app, you agree that such content is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for any misunderstanding or offense.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
